Compensation: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and manage contracts, agreements and legal documentation.
• Oversee CAC filings, hospital licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, mental health legislation and data protection requirements.
• Manage litigation, disputes, investigations and legal risks.
• Develop organisational policies and compliance procedures.
• Support corporate governance, staff training and employment matters.
• Coordinate lease renewals, rent payments and property documentation.

Requirements

• LL.B degree and must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-call legal experience.
• Experience in corporate law, contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of healthcare law and data protection is an advantage.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
