Head, Marketing & Business Development

Location: Lagos (fully physical, with frequent travel to Abuja and other states)

Salary: Competitive executive salary, plus a 30–50% performance-based annual bonus, executive car allowance with fuel and driver, family HMO, pension and executive development sponsorship.

If you have 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, corporate communications, sales or financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, this opportunity is worth looking at.

The role focuses on:

• Developing and executing marketing and brand strategy
• Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Leading digital acquisition across paid media, SEO/SEM and social commerce
• Building strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and regulators
• Closing high-value corporate and institutional relationships
• Supporting product launches and market expansion
• Leading customer experience and retention initiatives
• Managing a team of 20–25 across Marketing, Business Development and Communications

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is required, and an MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred. Certifications such as CIM, NIMN or CIPM are an added advantage, as is a track record of driving business growth and market expansion in financial services.

We are looking for a commercial leader who thrives on impact, autonomy and measurable results, with deep knowledge of CBN, SEC and NDPC regulations and proven experience with digital marketing, marketing automation and CRM platforms. The goal is to double the Group's revenue within 3 years.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the Board and Executive Committee, and a potential path to Chief Commercial Officer or General Manager within 2–3 years.
