The Role
As Head Mixologist, you are the creative force behind the drinks at our new beachfront restaurant. You design the cocktails, set the standard behind the bar, and bring a bit of the Riviera into every glass.
What you'll do
• Develop the cocktail list
• Set and hold the standard behind the bar
• Train the bar team on recipes and technique
• Work with suppliers on products and ingredients
• Keep consistency and presentation high
• Bring energy and personality to the bar
What you need
• Strong mixology experience in a premium bar or restaurant
• Real creativity with flavour and presentation
• A teacher who raises the team around them
• Consistent, fast and organised during service
• Fluent English
