Job Summary
The Head of Monitoring & Evaluation will establish and manage organizational monitoring, evaluation, and performance management systems to ensure effective implementation of projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks.
Design performance measurement systems and KPIs.
Monitor project implementation and organizational performance.
Conduct impact assessments and performance evaluations.
Analyze data and prepare strategic reports.
Identify implementation gaps and recommend improvements.
Ensure quality assurance of project outcomes.
Coordinate periodic performance reviews.
Support strategic planning through performance insights.
Provide management with evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant Monitoring & Evaluation experience.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
Oil & Gas sector experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N1,500,000 - N3,000,000 / month.
