Head Nurse of Woman & Childcare Area

The Head Nurse of Women & Child Area is a key member of the hospital clinical management team whose primary role is to focus primarily to oversee all nursing care in the assigned areas (Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, and NICU/Nursery). The incumbent will ensure transparency in all matters pertaining to facility.

Education and Experience profile:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Midwifery or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institution.
• Must Registered with Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council
• Other Post-Graduate Qualification (Diploma or Masters) in Administration, Management, Hospital Management or the equivalent from a recognized Institution/University essential
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant working experience
• At least eight (8) years as Clinical Management
