Head of Aftersales

A great opportunity for a successful Head of Aftersales to join an innovative dealer group in Dublin.

The Role

• Manage the network's aftersales operations covering service, parts, workshop and warranty
• Set annual budgets and monitor performance on a monthly basis
• Review pricing policies and labour rates
• Operational responsibility for parts, including holding stock and minimisation of obsolete stock
• Work closely with Workshop Managers to manage workshop productivity and efficiency
• Monitor warranty claims to ensure their correct administration in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines
• Ensure customer complaints are managed consistently across the network
• Lead on aftersales marketing campaigns nationally
• Staff training and development

The Person

• An existing Aftersales Manager/ Head of Aftersales with a well established franchised dealership/group for at least five years
• Parts and Service experience
• Evidence of driving profitability across a group's aftersales function
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to initiate change and improvements
• Customer focussed approach
