An organisation undertaking an ambitious digital and AI‑led transformation journey. With strong executive sponsorship and significant investment approved, the company is building foundational capabilities to become an AI‑first enterprise.
- Set and execute the enterprise strategy for Data, AI, shaping the long‑term roadmap for the next decade.
- Build the full‑stack AI environment - GPUs, lakehouse, MDM, SLMs, vector databases, MLOps, and proprietary domain models.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery of AI, automation and advanced analytics across retail, supply chain, customer, finance, and digital commerce.
- Partner with leaders to identify high‑value use cases, govern responsible AI, and drive measurable transformation.
- Create and scale innovation engines, emerging tech pilots, AI/ML product teams, and enterprise‑wide AI upskilling.
- 12 years' experience in Data, AI, machine learning, and emerging tech, with proven leadership running enterprise‑scale AI programmes.
- End-to-end expertise across AI lifecycle management, MLOps, GenAI, retrieval systems, vector search, and domain‑specific LLMs/SLMs.
- Demonstrated work in robotics, automation, or physical AI integration is a strong advantage.
- Experience building or selling AI products, patents, start‑up exposure, or launching proprietary AI models.
