Head of AI & Innovation
About the role
Fusion Advantec is driving AI services as a core strategy for market entry in Thailand. We are seeking a Head of AI & Innovation in a player-coach role with expertise spanning architecture design, team management, business opportunity creation, and executive advisory. This position will be critical to company growth across four core service areas: AI Consulting, Enterprise AI Training, AI Managed Services, and Custom AI Solutions (App Factory).
Key responsibilities
Initiate and define vision with senior management to develop AI-related products and services for sustainable growth
Monitor new technologies in Data & AI Platform to create opportunities for new product and service offerings to customers
Work with Business Development, Presale, Sales teams and senior management from Product/Service Portfolio development to technical documentation delivery to Delivery Team
Provide technical guidance on TOR/RFP/RFQ/RFI and lead PoC, PoV and pilot projects with customers alongside Presale
Lead design of Data & AI Platform systems to deliver measurable business value to customers
Lead end-to-end LLM-Based Application development including Vector Database, Agentic RAG, Multi-Agent Orchestration, AI Security, and Guardrails development
Lead consulting with C-level customers on AI Governance, Data Privacy (PDPA), AI Security, and Responsible AI principles
Develop AI SDLC processes using Agentic Coding and Autonomous Agent integration with customer core systems
Design and deliver Enterprise AI Training curriculum to corporate customers
Serve as primary technical liaison with strategic partners and create joint Go-To-Market activities
About you
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years software development experience and minimum 3 years management experience
Expertise in LLM Applications with experience in Vector Database, Agentic RAG, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Agentic Coding, AI Security and Governance
Expertise in LLMOps with experience developing and managing LLM lifecycle from Foundation Model, Deployment, Monitoring to CI/CD for scaling prototypes to efficient, stable and secure production systems
Expertise in IT Infrastructure with experience designing, developing and managing Cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and On-Premise (Proxmox or NVIDIA-Stack)
Excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: Experience with Agentic Coding in SDLC processes (Cursor or Grokbot experience considered especially)
Preferred: Minimum 5 years Presales Engineering, Technical Solution Consulting or Solution Architecture experience, especially from System Integrator (SI) or Technology Vendor companies
Preferred: Experience in AI Governance, PDPA law, AI Security
Preferred: Experience conducting Workshops or speaking on enterprise technology
