Compare Club is seeking a Head of AI to own the organisation's AI adoption capability and set the technical bar. You will lead a senior team of AI Platform Engineers and Automation Specialists, driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives across the business. You will own the shared AI/automation platform, standards, vendor relationships, and an AI risk framework, empowering functional leaders to build and run AI agents in a compliant, scalable way.
