Head of AI-Powered FP&A

Napier AI in London is seeking a Head of FP&A to redesign planning, forecasting, reporting and decision support with an AI-native approach. You will own core financial models, deliver strategic insights to Exco, and partner with Product, GTM, Sales and Operations to drive growth.

Lead a high-visibility finance function, embed automation, and shape the close cycle while ensuring data integrity and performance insights for board and lenders.
