Job Title: Head of AI Capabilities and Services (AI Strategy, Agentic AI, Generative AI, MLOps, Enterprise AI Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI capabilities roadmap and technical architecture aligned with corporate objectives.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering organization comprising AI engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, and applied AI specialists.

• Architect and scale enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI systems incorporating orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, memory, tool usage, and human oversight.

• Drive hands-on technical leadership, code and architecture reviews, model evaluation, feature engineering, and continuous optimization of deployed AI platforms.

• Deliver production-grade AI solutions across enterprise workflows, digital twins, optimization, conversational analytics, and automated decision-making processes.

• Establish operational disciplines and governance frameworks for AI platforms, including MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps across the full lifecycle.

• Manage AI portfolio investment priorities, evaluating technology trade-offs, build-versus-buy decisions, and resource allocation to maximize business value and return on investment.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across technology, data, security, and business units to drive execution.

• Champion Responsible AI principles and engineering governance to enforce security, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and long-term platform maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior, hands-on AI engineering leadership role within a large, complex enterprise environment.

• Extensive experience across multiple generations of AI technologies, spanning predictive analytics, machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and agentic systems.

• Deep architectural background in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, safety, observability, and governance.

• Demonstrated leadership capability in scaling, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Solid background in establishing and operationalizing lifecycle disciplines including MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps.

• Strong technical product mindset with a proven history of converting business opportunities into scalable AI solutions with measurable return on investment.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills to articulate complex technical strategies to senior stakeholders.
