At Ayvens, we have an opening for an experienced Head of Treasury Center & ALM.

What are you going to do?

As our new Head of Treasury Center & ALM, you will be responsible for leading the Group’s Asset & Liability Management (ALM) framework and overseeing the Treasury Center’s operations. You will ensure the organization maintains a robust funding and liquidity position while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting the Group’s strategic ambitions. Working closely with Ayvens Bank, Funding, Financial Steering, and other key stakeholders, you will drive major transformation initiatives, strengthen operational risk management, and further centralize treasury and ALM activities across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and continuously enhancing the Group’s Asset & Liability Management (ALM) framework and Treasury Center operations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining effective operational risk management and internal controls.
• Partnering with Ayvens Bank, Funding, and Financial Steering teams to anticipate funding needs and support strategic business objectives.
• Leading key transformation programs, including the implementation of the X-One Treasury Management System and Garliq ALM platform.
• Driving treasury centralization initiatives, including cash pooling solutions and the Money Central program across leasing entities.
• Coordinating and managing the annual ILAAP process, regulatory workshops, and interactions with supervisory authorities.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for Treasury Center-related matters involving accounting, tax, audit, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in treasury, funding, and balance sheet management with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. You are comfortable operating in a complex international environment, translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions while leading strategic transformation projects and developing high-performing teams.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Leasing, Capital Markets, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of funding activities, liquidity management, treasury products, derivatives, and financial markets.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, ALM processes, IFRS reporting, and internal control environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing international and multicultural teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Affinity with technology, treasury systems, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Fluent in English is required. French is considered a strong asset.
