Head of Analytical Engineering & Trusted Data Products

Asana in Warsaw is seeking an Analytical Engineering Manager to lead a team that builds data foundations: the Gold layer, canonical metrics, certified dashboards, and the semantic layer that ensures trustworthy numbers and AI-powered self-serve via Claude and Databricks Genie.

You will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams to define data contracts, SLAs, and to deliver data products while managing costs, priorities, and team growth.
