Head of Animation
Your responsibilities with us:
- Design innovative and age-appropriate edutainment programs for babies, children, and teenagers.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise recreational, sports, creative, and entertainment activities for families and guests.
- Oversee the daily operations of Kids Club facilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead the entertainment and Kids Club team.
- Create memorable family experiences and special events that strengthen guest engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Resort Experience teams.
- Manage scheduling, budgets, inventories, and operational reporting.
- Act as ambassador of the family experience and ensure exceptional service delivery.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as Head of Animation, Kids Club Manager, Entertainment Manager, or a similar leadership role in resorts, holiday villages, cruise lines, or family hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for creating engaging experiences for children and families.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High guest-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
