Head of Asset Management – Supporting Our Villages Across Southern England (South of London)
We are now looking for a Head of Asset Management to take strategic ownership of our property portfolio across the South Region, ensuring our villages remain exceptional places to live, both now and in the future.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for maximising asset performance, protecting property value, and delivering long-term asset management, property maintenance, capital investment, and lifecycle strategies across a diverse portfolio of retirement villages. You will lead the development of asset management plans, oversee investment programmes, identify and mitigate property-related risks, and drive sustainability and efficiency initiatives that support the long-term success of our communities.
