Head of Asset Management – South Region

Senior position required for a leading provider of retirement villages, this is a multi-site role covering the South and South East region, with three days working from site and 2 days working remote.

In this role, you will manage and protect the value of our assets, ensuring there is no depreciation through effective lifecycle planning, risk management, and long-term investment strategies.

You will oversee asset performance, embed sustainability and efficiency initiatives, and provide expert property management support to Village Managers. Working closely with and associations, you will play a key role in balancing operational excellence with an outstanding experience.
