- Leading BA IEMEA Key User Team for SAP SD module and related applications (EDI, TecCom, Tangro...) covering RFQ & order management process
- Full responsibility for the daily operational system support of Sales Operations and Customer Logistics
- Actively steer transformation to GHP (Imp@ct Roll-out) & continuous improvement and standardization of SAP SD module and related applications & processes
- Lead all business-side activities related to SAP SD S/4HANA transformation (Imp@ct Projects) for the Business Area
- Drive digitalization of customer communication using EDI & TecCom including strategy development, implementation and roll-out
- Empower Sales Operations and Customer Logistics with stable, efficient, and user‑centric processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies & procedures
- Degree in Business, IT, SCM, or similar (university / university of applied science)
- Profound, min. 5-7 years experience in SAP SD, Sales Operations, Customer Logistics, or comparable
- Several years of leadership experience on business area/segment level (or comparable) min. 3 years
- Strong customer orientation & communication & change Management skills
- Excellent know-how regarding the common RFQ and order management processes, tools and methods
- Good analytical skills
- Proven project management experience in major international projects
- Transformation & Change Management Experience
