Our client is launching a traditional white tequila bottled in handcrafted ceramic vessels, this year in Mexico and the United States in a B2B business profile.

We are not looking for someone to manage a brand from a desk; we are looking for the person who will take it to the streets, define where it is served, how it is presented, and dictate what the world sees.

We want to be entirely transparent from the very first interaction about what this challenge is—and what it is not:

• What it is: An opportunity based in Guadalajara, with frequent travel to key destinations such as New York, Austin, and Los Cabos. It offers absolute freedom to design and produce boutique events, lead the on-premise strategy in category-defining hotels and bars, and spearhead the editorial direction of our social media channels. To compensate for the early-stage setup, the package includes equity (actual ownership in the business with a four-year vesting schedule) and an executive title that would take a decade to reach in a traditional corporate environment.
• What it is not: This is not an agency gig, it is not a community manager role, and it is not a sanctuary for someone seeking the predictable stability of a large corporation. Neither is it a place to sit back and wait for a fully finished vision to be handed to you. The house already has its soul and direction; what it needs now is the independence and ambition to execute it without relying on non-existent organizational structures.

We are looking for someone with three to six years of experience in spirits marketing, luxury hospitality, high-end gastronomy, or premium fashion.

Someone with flawless English to lead teams in the United States seamlessly. You must navigate a field of agaves with the same natural ease as hosting a table of twenty-four guests in Manhattan, always prioritizing discretion and sound judgment over seeking the spotlight.
