Head of Brand & Marketing, Manager
Description
PEWC is looking for a strategic, experienced marketing leader to head its Brand & Marketing function. This is a senior, hands-on role that spans both brand governance and commercial marketing; owning the department's direction, operating model, and performance outcomes.
You will lead and develop a growing team, manage cross-functional relationships across the organisation, and serve as Pacific Electric's primary marketing voice at the leadership level. The right candidate brings both strategic depth and executional credibility - someone who can set direction, build capability, and deliver results in a B2B manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Direction
1. Strategic Ownership: Develop and own Pacific Electric’s brand and marketing strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
2. Segmented Messaging: Translate commercial goals into value-driven messaging for distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
3. Data-Led Decisions: Champion insight-driven, commercially accountable marketing decision-making.
4. Global Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends and benchmark marketing activities against global standards.
Brand Governance
1. Brand Consistency: Enforce Pacific Electric’s brand standards across all touchpoints.
2. Review & Oversight: Lead brand approval processes to ensure quality and brand integrity.
3. Cross-Functional Adoption: Drive brand compliance and adoption throughout the organization.
Commercial Marketing
1. Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied directly to commercial and sales targets.
2. Launch Enablement: Accelerate new product rollouts with targeted content and sales enablement tools.
3. Pipeline & Partner Growth: Drive lead generation and deepen engagement across distributor/dealer networks.
4. Events & Activations: Coordinate international trade shows, regional activations, and customer events.
5. Analytics & ROI: Measure campaign performance using data to optimize spend and prove ROI.
Operations & Team
1. Operating Model & SOPs: Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and cross-functional processes.
2. Budget Accountability: Manage marketing budgets with a strict focus on strategic ROI.
3. Talent Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team to cultivate high performance.
4. Partner Management: Oversee external agencies, vendors, and media relationships.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
1. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to synchronize objectives.
2. Executive Advisory: Serve as primary liaison to leadership, presenting vision and results to C-Suite and the Chairman.
3. Intake Governance: Enforce a structured briefing process to prioritize proactive, strategic work over reactive tasks.

Competencies & Leadership
- Strategic thinker and planner with strong commercial instinct - understands how brand and marketing directly impacts top-line revenue
