Head of Brokerage

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who wants to become part of our team as a Head of Brokerage (medior position). If you are interested in forex, financial markets, and looking to move your career in brokerage to another level, we have a great opportunity for you!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
- Keeping care of the trading infrastructure.
- Assist with analyzing market trends and the competitive environment.
- Evaluate risks
- Provide reports to senior management and/or other relevant departments.
- Provide assistance to other departments with their requests related to the brokerage department
- Be in communication with CySEC, Auditors or any other authority that will ask questions or require cooperation.
- Being in communication and proactively managing relationships with service providers that help the brokerage department to fulfill its obligations.
- Proactively improving level of service of the brokerage department, mainly from the regulatory perspective when it comes to meeting the regulatory and legal requirements.
- Actively participate in training and develop your knowledge and skills in brokerage.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- English language proficiency - B2 level.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms (experience in brokerage is an advantage).
- Analytical skills and experience with data processing.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Determination and willingness to develop in the field of brokerage.
NICE TO HAVE
- CySEC advanced certificate (The certificate can be completed later. We will cover the cost of the certificate and preparation for exams (such as seminars, etc.).)
