Head of Business Unit (CONFIDENTIAL)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Business Transformation & Improvement Management professional to initiate business strategies and drive enterprise-wide transformation, business improvement, process excellence, and digital transformation across a leading real estate development business in Thailand.

This role will work closely with Senior Management and Business Unit leaders to understand business priorities, identify improvement opportunities, translate strategies into actionable initiatives, and ensure successful execution with measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and develop business strategies aligned with the company's direction, growth plans, and performance targets.
• Partner closely with Business Unit leaders to understand business challenges, priorities, and operational pain points.
• Translate corporate strategies into practical initiatives, action plans, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead business improvement and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Review and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Drive digital transformation through process automation, data utilization, system enhancement, and technology adoption.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects across Project Development, Sales, Marketing, Construction, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
• Analyze business performance, operational data, and industry trends to identify risks, improvement areas, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor transformation initiatives and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance.
• Present business strategies, project progress, business impact, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Transformation & Improvement team to deliver sustainable results.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 10–15 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Transformation, Business Improvement, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience in the real estate development industry, particularly residential condominium or housing development, is required.
• Strong track record in initiating business strategies and leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end real estate development business, including Project Development, Sales, Marketing, Construction, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
• Experience in business planning, process redesign, operating model development, automation, digital solutions, and performance improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing business environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable and sustainable business results.
