Head of Business Transformation – Cloud Practice DACH (m/w/d)
Du übernimmst die strategische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für die Business Transformation innerhalb unserer Cloud Practice in der DACH-Region. Dabei gestaltest du die Zukunft von Cloud-, AI- und Digital-Transformation-Services, treibst profitables Wachstum voran und positionierst NTT DATA als führenden Transformationspartner für unsere Kunden.
Deine Mission
- Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung, das Wachstum und die Profitabilität der Cloud Business Transformation Practice in der DACH-Region.
- Du entwickelst und steuerst die regionale Business-Transformation-Strategie im Einklang mit der globalen Cloud-Strategie von NTT DATA.
- Du treibst die Cloud-, AI- und Plattform-Transformation unserer Kunden aktiv voran und positionierst NTT DATA als führenden Transformationspartner im Markt.
- Du verantwortest die kontinuierliche Modernisierung der Delivery-Organisation und etablierst skalierbare, cloud-native sowie automatisierungsgetriebene Betriebsmodelle.
- Du steuerst Umsatz-, Margen-, Bookings- und Pipeline-Ziele und stellst nachhaltiges, profitables Wachstum sicher.
- Du agierst als Executive Sponsor für strategische Kundeninitiativen und baust langfristige C-Level-Kundenbeziehungen sowie Partnerschaften mit führenden Hyperscalern aus.
- Du entwickelst unser Cloud-, AI- und Consulting-Portfolio kontinuierlich weiter und identifizierst neue Markt- und Innovationspotenziale.
- Du formst leistungsstarke Führungsteams, entwickelst Talente und förderst eine Kultur von Exzellenz, Innovation und unternehmerischer Verantwortung.
Dein Skillset
- Langjährige Executive-Leadership-Erfahrung mit nachweislicher P&L-Verantwortung in einem Technologie-, Cloud- oder Beratungsumfeld.
- Fundierte Expertise in Cloud Transformation, AI, Digital Platforms oder vergleichbaren Transformationsfeldern.
- Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung großer Geschäftsbereiche, Practices oder Beratungsorganisationen.
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Business Development, in der Steuerung komplexer Vertriebszyklen sowie im Management strategischer Kundenbeziehungen.
- Tiefes Verständnis moderner Cloud-, AI- und Service-Delivery-Modelle sowie die Fähigkeit, technologische Innovation in wirtschaftlichen Erfolg zu überführen.
- Starkes strategisches Denkvermögen, unternehmerisches Handeln und hohe Umsetzungsstärke in komplexen Transformationsprogrammen.
- Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Delivery-, Partner- und Managementorganisationen.
- Souveränes Auftreten auf C-Level in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
