Head of Cabin Crew Experience & Culture

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Head of Cabin Crew Experience & Culture to join our Cabin Services team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of employee engagement, culture, recognition, wellbeing, and communication strategies for one of the world's largest and most diverse cabin crew populations. As the custodian of Cabin Services culture, you will work closely with HR and operational leaders to create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing environment that strengthens employee experience, enhances workforce engagement, and reinforces Qatar Airways' commitment to excellence

Key Accountabilities

Strategy

• Develop and implement the Cabin Services Employee Engagement & Culture Strategy aligned with the division's vision and Qatar Airways values.
• Build sustainable engagement frameworks that enhance employee motivation, commitment, organisational pride, and overall employee experience
• Monitor engagement trends and workforce insights, establishing measurable objectives and targeted improvement initiatives.

Culture & Employee Experience

• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on safety, customer excellence, professionalism, accountability, and collaboration
• Lead employee experience initiatives across the entire cabin crew lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through to wellbeing, recognition, development, and retention.
• Partner with HR and operational stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities, address employee pain points, and drive continuous improvement.

Communications, Recognition & Crew Voice

• Develop and deliver communication strategies that strengthen leadership visibility, transparency, and two-way engagement with cabin crew.
• Lead recognition, awards, wellbeing, and community-building programmes that celebrate achievements and foster a strong sense of belonging.
• Establish employee listening channels, analyse feedback, and implement meaningful action plans that enhance culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction.
