Head of Chartered Fleet Operations & Performance
- Lead and develop Chartering Operations teams across locations
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient fleet operations
- Strengthen governance, processes, and ways of working
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and capability development
- Drive reliability, safety, and operational performance of the TC fleet
- Lead escalations across technical, compliance, and network impacts
- Ensure structured follow-up on incidents and recurring challenges
- Support cross-functional performance improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with Owners, Managers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead operational and performance discussions with partners
- Represent Chartering Operations in cross-functional forums
- Drive solution-oriented handling of disruptions and escalations
- Strengthen performance governance and reporting frameworks
- Enable data-driven decision-making across operations
- Support insights for reliability, energy, and compliance performance
- Align reporting structures, systems, and methodologies
- Drive initiatives to improve governance, reliability, and performance
- Simplify processes and enhance operational transparency
- Support transformation towards a performance-driven organisation
- Proven leadership in global, operational environments
- Strong experience in container shipping, chartering, or fleet operations
- Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
- Experience managing escalations and cross-functional coordination
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate complexity into action
- Strong communicator across operational, technical, and leadership settings
- Track record in governance, performance management, and continuous improvement
- Container operations exposure
- Experience with performance analytics / data-driven operations
- Understanding of third-party management
- Background in transformation or operational excellence initiatives
