The Role - Head of College Counselling
An experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Head of College Counselling. The successful candidate will lead the school's university and careers counselling programme, supporting students in obtaining best college admissions fulfilling their higher education and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class leadership to and mentoring the team of counsellors
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international universities.
- Plan and oversee university applications, student workshops, and parent information sessions.
- Monitor and analyse graduate outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to pastoral care, student wellbeing, and school leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
The succesful candidate will be a college counselling leader at a high school with three years of proven track record in guiding students to top colleges worldwide. Experience at a mid-large school is desirable. Outstanding communication, inter-personal skills and building staff morale essential.
The role may include a limited teaching commitment and participation in some evening or weekend events.
