- A strong finance and business background, supported by relevant university degree.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Hands-on experience in commercial controlling within B2C and B2B environment.
- The ability to understand, structure, present and manage complex topics with confidence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment.
- Resilience and sound judgment during peak periods and under changing priorities.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
As Head of Commercial Controlling, you will partner with business leaders and top management to help turn commercial ambition into sustainable, profitable growth. You will represent Controlling in key commercial forums and bring a clear financial perspective to the decisions that shape our offers, products and services.
You will join the Controlling Department alongside two sister units and report to the Head of Controlling. As part of a dynamic Finance division, you will have direct exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence strategic, commercial and financial choices that support the company’s continued growth in Poland.
