Head of Commercial Legal

You will own the commercial legal function as an individual contributor. You will draft and negotiate buy-side and sell-side transactions, build templates and contract processes, partner with commercial stakeholders to manage deal risk, and advise on privacy matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate buy-side and sell-side commercial transactions
• Build commercial legal templates, playbooks, contract processes, and CLM
• Partner with GTM, sales, and leadership to move deals while managing risk
• Advise on privacy and related matters

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial legal experience
• Law firm experience and in-house experience at a technology, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI company
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex buy-side and sell-side commercial deals
• Active US bar membership in good standing
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office five days per week
