Working with a lean team and external partners, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, helping shape executive communications, protect and enhance the BW brand, support organisational transformation and drive communications excellence across the Group.

This role is unlikely to suit someone who prefers highly structured environments, relies on formal authority to get things done, or wants to specialise in a single area of communications. Success requires sound judgement, adaptability, collaboration and a willingness to operate across a broad range of strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
