Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive all CBS (Continuous Improvement/Lean) activities across the plant
Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure execution
Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects (RIEs, problem-solving, lean initiatives)
Manage CBS budget, forecasts, and financial targets
Train, coach, and develop employees in CBS principles and lean culture
Monitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure accurate reporting
Implement and maintain CBS standards; support continuous improvement of processes
Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Coordinate project phases and activities
Provide technical guidance and engineering expertise
Review designs, specifications, and drawings
Resolve technical issues during project execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct meetings with clients and internal teams
Communicate project progress and updates
Prepare and manage project budgets
Track project costs and ensure cost-effectiveness
Forecast resource requirements and expenses
Monitor project progress and performance
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
Ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Implement quality assurance and control procedures
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution

University degree, preferably in business administration, engineering or related discipline

5 or more years of professional experience in various CBS/lean functions

Cross functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or supply chain preferred
