Your tasks as Head of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

As Head of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding, you lead our international Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team and shape our communications agenda across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership and the Executive Leadership Team, you develop and drive our Corporate Communications and Employer Branding strategy, translate complex business topics into clear and engaging messages, and ensure effective implementation across internal and external channels.

Your role with us as Head of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

  • Leading and developing our international Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team by setting direction, strengthening collaboration, and enabling people to grow

  • Shaping and driving the international Corporate Communications and Employer Branding strategy in close alignment with business priorities and the leadership team

  • Acting as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and the Executive Leadership Team and translating complex topics into clear and engaging messages

  • Overseeing internal and external communications, Employer Branding, leadership communications, employee engagement, and strategic communication campaigns across the organization

  • Taking a hands-on role in creating content and driving communication projects and campaigns from strategy through to execution

  • Measuring and evaluating the impact of Corporate Communications and Employer Branding activities and using insights to continuously improve our approach

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employer

    Branding, or a comparable field, ideally within an international organization

  • Proven leadership experience combined with a passion for developing people and building strong, high-performing teams

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to translate strategy into effective execution

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling messages for different target groups

  • Experience in advising senior leaders and working closely with executive-level stakeholders

  • Fluent business English and German language skills, both written and spoken
