Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships
Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to build and lead a global creator marketing and brand partnerships function from the ground up within a fast-growing, technology-enabled hospitality business. You will shape how distinctive short-term rental experiences reach new audiences through trusted creators, influential personalities, and strategic brand collaborations. With a dedicated budget from day one and direct access to senior growth leadership, you will have the autonomy to move quickly, negotiate meaningful deals, and develop partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes. Beyond increasing brand awareness, your work will help drive bookings, attract new homeowners, and support expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship-builder who combines strong industry connections with excellent judgment, creativity, and analytical thinking. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the entire partnerships function in a fully remote, international environment.
Accountabilities:
You will oversee creator marketing and brand partnerships end to end, building a focused, results-driven program that strengthens brand visibility and contributes directly to business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
-
Lead creator marketing strategy: Define the overall approach, manage the budget, select the right creators, negotiate partnership terms, and take ownership of performance.
-
Manage inbound opportunities: Review and respond promptly and professionally to requests from creators, talent agencies, and media contacts.
-
Drive outbound creator acquisition: Identify and approach relevant creators across different markets, building relationships that align with the brand's audiences and business priorities.
-
Negotiate and manage deals: Oversee rates, deliverables, content usage rights, exclusivity, disclosure requirements, and policies that protect the business, its properties, and its partnerships.
-
Maximize content value: Ensure creator content delivers lasting value beyond individual stays and can support broader marketing initiatives.
-
Develop brand partnerships: Identify complementary brands, initiate collaborations, negotiate agreements, and manage partnerships from initial outreach through execution and performance evaluation.
-
Build strategic growth opportunities: Establish partnerships that expand audience reach, generate homeowner leads, increase property supply, support market expansion, and strengthen brand recognition.
-
Measure and report results: Connect partnership activity to awareness, traffic, bookings, and owner leads, providing clear monthly performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
-
Build the function independently: Establish processes, standards, and partnership policies from scratch while working directly with the VP of Growth.
-
Relevant experience: At least four years in influencer or creator marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management, including at least two years independently running a program. Relevant deal experience is more important than tenure alone.
-
Established industry network: Strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies, particularly across travel, lifestyle, design, family, and luxury. You should be able to activate your network within your first 60 days and provide examples of relevant contacts.
-
Proven negotiation skills: Demonstrated experience negotiating creator agreements, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, and trade-offs, with the ability to explain the outcomes achieved.
-
Outbound business development: Experience proactively sourcing and contacting creators at scale, supported by measurable response and deal-closing rates.
-
Brand collaboration experience: At least one brand-to-brand partnership developed from scratch, from initial concept and outreach to execution.
-
Strong creative judgment: The ability to evaluate creator-brand fit, recognize quality and audience relevance, identify value beyond follower counts, and confidently decline unsuitable opportunities.
-
Commercial and analytical thinking: Ability to connect partnership spending with reach, website traffic, bookings, and homeowner leads, and to prioritize meaningful performance indicators.
-
Excellent communication and writing: Near-native written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling briefs, pitches, and personalized outreach that generate responses.
-
Technology proficiency: Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate marketing systems, tracking tools, and AI-powered tools for research and personalized outreach at scale.
-
Preferred experience: Background on the talent or agency side, experience managing hosted or gifted hospitality programs, or a track record of partnerships that generated leads or property supply.
-
Additional network advantage: Existing relationships with creator partnerships teams at TikTok, Meta, or YouTube.
-
Working hours and location: Must be based outside the United States, be able to work US business hours aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern time, and be comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
-
Fully remote work arrangement for eligible candidates located outside the United States.
-
Generous paid time off, including local public holidays.
-
Dedicated budget from day one to build and scale the creator and brand partnerships function.
-
Direct reporting line to the VP of Growth, with access to senior leadership and an efficient decision-making environment.
-
Significant autonomy to shape the strategy, build processes, negotiate deals, and establish the function from the ground up.
-
Opportunity to create partnerships that influence brand awareness, bookings, homeowner acquisition, property supply, and international growth.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced creator marketing or partnerships professional with an established network, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to originate and close deals independently. You should be comfortable making strategic decisions, balancing creative quality with measurable returns, and building a function without relying on an existing team or intermediary agency. Key qualifications include:
