Requirements:- Proven experience as a Head of Cyber Security, Cyber Security Manager, or senior security leader.
- Strong background in Microsoft environments, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security.
- Experience leading security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber risk programmes.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and board-level leaders.
- Experience managing third-party security providers and driving security improvements across complex environments.
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly desirable.
- Lead and mature our cyber security function.
