Head of Cyber Security
You will lead the global Cyber Security function reporting to the CISO You will drive operational cyber security and automate detection response engineering and application security You will collaborate with engineering infrastructure product and security teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle and ensure regulatory alignment
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy
- Lead and develop the Cyber Security team
- Oversee Security Operations Incident Response Threat Detection and Vulnerability Management
- Drive Cloud Security Application Security and DevSecOps initiatives across the organization
- Strengthen security architecture and ensure the protection of critical infrastructure and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering infrastructure and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle
- Improve security processes through automation and AI-driven technologies
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001 PCI DSS DORA and SWIFT CSCF
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Cyber Security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in Security Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps
- Hands-on experience with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Architecture
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) and modern infrastructure technologies
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving security initiatives across engineering organizations
