Head of Cybersecurity

Salary: $12k - $16k p.m. + AWS + VB

The Opportunity:

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Head of Cybersecurity to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the organisation's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, priorities, resources and capabilities in alignment with business and group-wide security objectives
• Conduct regular cybersecurity maturity and gap assessments, identify weaknesses and drive remediation initiatives to strengthen cyber resilience
• Establish enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, oversight, metrics, risk controls, audits and compliance across ICT systems, applications and services
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards and guidelines aligned with regulatory requirements, industry frameworks and best practices
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments, maintain the risk register, oversee risk mitigation and exceptions and provide risk reporting to senior management
• Ensure cybersecurity practices are aligned with NIST CSF, with strong CSF knowledge from the ground up and the ability to translate frameworks into practical security controls and initiatives
• Be hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to get into the details, work closely with technical teams, and drive cybersecurity initiatives from strategy through implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• Min. 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or ICT governance, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk, operations, compliance and industry frameworks, with general knowledge of AI and emerging technologies
