Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term cybersecurity architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology trends.

  • Establish and enforce “Security by Design” standards across IT, OT, Cloud, and AI-driven initiatives.

  • Lead architecture governance, ensuring consistency, interoperability, and alignment of enterprise security solutions.

  • Chair architecture review boards and oversee key technology decisions, including HLD/LLD approvals.

  • Advise executive leadership on technology risk, cybersecurity strategy, innovation, and cost optimization.

  • Implement MLSecOps practices and ensure resilience of AI systems against threats such as prompt injection and model manipulation.

  • Leverage AI-driven tools for automated configuration and code security assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, and GxP requirements.

  • Monitor and report Security by Design adoption metrics and effectiveness of security controls.

  • Manage cybersecurity architecture budgets and drive standardization across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture roles.

  • Expert knowledge of IT, Cloud (Azure/OCI), and OT security architecture, including Purdue Model environments.

  • Strong practical experience with SABSA, TOGAF, Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Security by Design methodologies.

  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable security controls and architecture standards.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies and AI-assisted security automation solutions.

  • Experience securing AI/ML environments and implementing MLSecOps practices.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
