Head of Data & AI — Build Production-Grade AI for RegTech

StarCompliance is seeking a hands-on data and AI leader to own our AI strategy and build a production-grade Data & AI function in a heavily regulated environment.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and the executive team to co-own the AI roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery outcomes, driving value through scalable AI capabilities across the StarCompliance platform.
