Head of Data & Analytics

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience leading a Data & Analytics function
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI
• Background in data engineering, architecture and analytics
• Experience managing a small team
• Ability and willingness to remain hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including at C-suite level
• Good understanding of data governance and security

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver our Data & Analytics strategy
• Manage and develop our small data team
• Stay technically hands-on when required
• Lead the architecture and optimisation of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI
• Oversee data engineering, pipelines, lakes, warehouses and integrations
• Drive advanced analytics, predictive modelling and machine learning
• Partner with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable business insight
• Champion self-service BI and Power BI
• Own data governance, quality, security and compliance
• Identify technologies and opportunities to drive innovation
