About the Role
As Head of Data Analytics & Insights, you'll influence executive decision-making, shape enterprise-wide data strategy and help unlock new opportunities through analytics, insights and AI. Working across the business, you'll transform data into meaningful outcomes that drive growth, improve experiences and create lasting impact for tennis in Australia.
You'll lead a high-performing team, partner with senior stakeholders and play a key role in building a culture where data is trusted, accessible and embedded in everyday decision-making
In this role, you will:
Lead Tennis Australia's Analytics & Insights function, turning data into meaningful business outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders to influence strategy and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Drive the enterprise analytics roadmap and identify opportunities that deliver measurable value.
Build a culture where trusted data is accessible, actionable and embedded across the organisation.
Champion modern analytics, self-service reporting and emerging AI capabilities.
Lead and develop a high-performing team that enables smarter, faster decisions across Tennis Australia.
About You
You're a strategic data leader who combines commercial thinking, strong stakeholder influence and a passion for using data to solve real business challenges.
You know how to translate complex data into clear insights, build trusted relationships with senior leaders and create environments where teams thrive. You're excited by the opportunity to shape the future of analytics and AI within one of Australia's most recognised sporting organisations
Must Have
Significant leadership experience in Analytics, Insights, Business Intelligence or Data.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive business outcomes through data.
Experience leading high-performing analytics teams in a complex organisation.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
Expertise in modern analytics, reporting and data governance practices.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Data, Technology, Business or a related field
Additional Requirements
Hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours activities associated with Tennis Australia events and operations.
