Head of Data Strategy & Partnerships

1. Data Strategy & Inventory Development

2. Data Partnerships & Acquisition
• Build and run a pipeline of data partnerships with government agencies, regulators, financial institutions, industry bodies, platforms and international networks
• Lead the commercial case and negotiation for each data partnership or acquisition: value, exclusivity, cost, usage rights and long-term fit
• Assess whether partnerships are feasible and compliant, working with Legal on PDPA, licensing and data-sharing terms
• Manage partner relationships at senior level so BOL becomes the partner of choice for business data in Thailand
3. Commercial Growth & Data Presales
• Act as BOL's senior data expert in client engagements. Translate client problems into data solutions and support the sales team on complex or high-value opportunities
• Spot and shape new revenue opportunities that come from data, including new data products, licensing, analytics services and co-developed solutions with partners
• Build the business case for new data initiatives, covering market size, pricing logic, expected return and adoption
• Bring market and client feedback back into the data strategy and product roadmap

• Represent BOL as a lead voice on data at conferences, industry forums, media and client events
• Explain the importance of data, how it can be used responsibly, and the opportunities it creates for business, government and society
• Build BOL's profile as Thailand's authority on business data and insight, in support of the company's equity story and brand
5. Execution Partnership with Operations
• Work closely with the data operations team to turn the data vision into delivery. Align on priorities, feasibility, cost and sequencing 5
• Make sure new data sources and partnerships come with a clear plan for integration, quality and cost-efficient operation
