Property MLS Senior Lawyer (4-10 years' PQE) for the Property Managed Legal Services team within Vario, based in Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds.
The role handles commercial property asset management and real estate finance matters for major clients, delivered through technology-enabled ways of working, and includes supervising junior team members.

- Trusted legal adviser to clients' legal, estates and operational teams
- Leading negotiation, drafting and management of commercial property asset management matters (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents)
- Advising on real estate finance transactions (certificates of title, charges, searches, officer's certificates, legal opinions)
- Building client relationships and understanding commercial objectives
- Collaborating across Vario and Pinsent Masons
- Supporting continuous improvement and technology-enabled working
- Supervising, coaching and mentoring junior team members
Essential
- Qualified in England & Wales with about 4-10 years' PQE
- Strong commercial property experience, particularly asset management
- Real estate finance experience
- Experience supporting large property portfolios or complex client accounts
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management
- Proactive, client-centric, commercially focused approach
- Interest in legal innovation, technology and modern service delivery
