Job Summary

Lead the NIMOD organization to manage installation projects, oversee budgets and P&L, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely, quality completion of elevator and escalator installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all operations within the NIMOD organization to achieve project goals
• Oversee department budget and profit & loss to maintain financial health
• Coordinate handover processes from sales to installation teams to ensure smooth project transitions
• Lead and manage department staff to optimize performance and collaboration
• Develop and implement plans and programs following the company procedures for project execution
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout installation to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Organize and secure subcontractors to support installation activities and meet project timelines
• Advise the Finance Controller on billing requirements for each project to ensure accurate invoicing
• Monitor cash flow to maintain positive financial status of the company
• Review and approve all local costs and purchase orders to control expenditures
• Ensure adequate resources are allocated to complete installations on time and to quality standards
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support organizational objectives
