What We're Looking For
●6+ years of experience across Product Design, UX/UI, Brand Design or Creative Direction.
●Experience leading design teams in digital-first companies, mobile-first products, startups or leading design agencies.
●A portfolio demonstrating excellence across both product experience and brand storytelling.
●Outstanding UX and UI judgment, with the ability to connect design decisions to customer behavior and business outcomes.
●Experience leading creative campaigns and building memorable customer experiences across digital channels.
●Strong understanding of design systems, user research and experimentation.
●Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align Product, Marketing and Engineering around a shared vision.
●Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and execution matters.
