Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Project Delivery and Support: Develop a team to ensure appropriate Administrative and Commercial support to Earth and Environment’s Project Managers, Operations Community and Lead Tech Directors.
- Operational Management: Coordination of key internal activities and initiatives (HSSE Standdown, Quarterly Business Reviews, MEPC Program), Oversee Operational hygiene focus areas (FTE growth, backlog, pipeline, etc.).
- Strategic Development and Execution: E&E Strategic Activation tracking, Support admin of Digital Innovation pipeline, and undertake relevant market/trend analysis to support the operations community.
- Work Winning: Focused E&E Account Management support across strategic pursuits and panels, pipeline tracking, commercial/pricing support, client feedback management and marketing/communications oversight to enhance WSP position in key Earth and Environment markets.
- Financial Performance: Drive and manage profitability, and report on business metrics, including expenses, performance, and market position.
- Learning & Development Support: Oversee Approved Reviewer and PM Certification Processes, Competency Frameworks and Coordinate Internal E&E Training activities to ensure E&E compliance with WSP requirements.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide leadership and direction to GCC Manila teams and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve GCC Growth goals.

Organizational Knowledge
- Working knowledge of WSP’s organizational structure and capability.
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, procedures and practices.
- Understanding of WSP’s people policies and practices.
Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in operations, project management, management or strategy with at least 8 years in a leadership role within a project based consultancy market.
- Proven success in driving global expansion and achieving revenue growth in international markets.
- Deep understanding of global business practices, including experience working with diverse cultures, legal regulations, and international sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
- Strong HSSE focus with understanding of HSSE Management in high-risk industries (Construction, Oil and Gas, etc)
- Entrepreneurial hands-on leader, with strong commercial acumen and drive, but also with strong focus on people.
- Proven various channels experience including marketplace – with successful track record of executing growth and channel development.
- Well-developed managerial practical experience – ideally leadership style based on coaching & mentoring and a mixture of assertiveness and empathy.
