Required

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Education, EdTech, Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of school or university operations and administration.
• Proven experience in business growth, strategy execution, and performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of technology solutions, digital transformation, and consultative selling.

Preferred

• Master's degree (MBA, Education, IT, or related discipline).
• Experience working with schools, universities, or education-focused organizations.
• Background in business development, solution consulting, or education technology.
