We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader who can influence at the highest levels, navigate complexity and help ensure SSE Renewables remains a future market leader in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

This is an opportunity to lead a function that influences how we think, how we decide and how we grow.

  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary technical, analytical or commercial teams and delivering measurable business value through data-driven decision making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing major investment decisions, portfolio optimisation and long-term asset performance strategies.
  • A strong understanding of energy markets, forecasting methodologies, analytics frameworks and how analytical insight can be used to maximise portfolio value and support strategic investment decisions.
  • Experience driving organisational capability, innovation, digital transformation and continuous improvement within a complex and evolving business environment.
