Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day engineering operation.
- Manage 6 engineering teams.
- Project vision and leadership.
- Manage hands-on technical escalations.
- Manage infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc).
- Interface business teams in London.
- Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence.
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:
- +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering.
- Experience in handling a high-complexity SaaS products.
- Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers.
- Strong hands-on technical background.
- Strong architectural experience.
- Started career as a software engineer.
- Degree in Computer Science.
