Head of Engineering

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in. NET and C#; must be mentioned in project experience.
• Development: Candidates must have hands-on coding experience and provide technical solutions to the team.
• Knowledge of technological trends in the software development industry.
• Experience in AI-based transformation and automation.
• Hands-on experience working on engineering projects built on Microsoft and open-source technologies; AWS cloud is a must.
• Deep understanding of logical database design and development, especially in Microsoft SQL.
• Must have experience in developing mission-critical web-based products.
• Must be an agile, Scrum champion.
• Must have a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of open source technologies (PHP/My SQL/Python/Odoo) is preferred.
