Head of Engineering — Fintech, Growth & Scale Leader

Talent Seed is recruiting for a Head of Engineering in Doha to drive technology strategy and roadmap, building motivated engineering teams.

You'll work with exec and product teams to identify problems and opportunities, guiding engineering leads to scope, build, deploy, and maintain solutions that realise opportunities. Must have 15+ years building technical software and a proven track record in scaling distributed systems.
