Head of Engineering / Founding Engineer | Litigation Finance | LA preferred, NYC, or remote
Compensation: $200k – $275k • 0.5% – 2.0%

As first engineering hire, you'll own the entire technical stack, building from scratch. You'll work directly with the founders, owning the architecture, choice of stack, shaping the team, and shipping code that runs in production for real customers. This role has a direct path to CTO.
$200k-$275k base salary plus 0.5%-2.0% equity (flexible for the right person). Work in-person in NYC or LA, or remote with quarterly travel for team kickoffs.

Job: The Head of Engineering will be responsible for building all aspects of the product.
