Head of Engineering

The Senior Engineering Leader will provide strategic oversight of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while maintaining hands-on ownership of all engineering activities. This role will define and evolve the technical direction within the R&D organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all engineering functions and the full SDLC.

• Define, implement, and continuously refine the technical strategy for the R&D organization.

• Lead and develop multiple autonomous development squads, fostering a high-performance, product-led culture.

• Embed a partner-first mindset and ensure engineering efforts deliver measurable commercial and customer value.

• Drive execution excellence and introduce modern engineering practices and tools to improve efficiency and quality.

• Oversee the management of both legacy platforms and SaaS portfolios, ensuring scalability, performance, and market relevance.

• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and a culture of clarity, accountability, and collaboration.

• Serve as a technical thought leader, guiding teams through complex challenges in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
